Poor weather conditions when job was started. I questioned them, they said it would not be a problem so they proceeded. Poured rain that afternoon and evening and yes, the paint ran around the whole house. They came out next day and touched up, but did not get it all. They came back and did a quick re-spray and covered the rest. However, the customer service on David's part was not professional. The value of the service he provided for the exorbitant cost for the job failed. He is yet to come view the final job and its been almost 3 months. The paint stains on my front porch due to the paint from the ceiling running has not been addressed at all. I feel he rushed the work and was to busy to worry about mine.

The process from start to finish was so easy. My house had so much peeling paint, brick, metal, cinder blocks and wood, I was sure it would cost me a fortune. They power washed, scraped, sanded, primed, and painted the whole thing in a week! The crew was friendly and the boss was just awesome! I definitely would recommend this company to anyone interested in painting their house!

Our mom passed away and the family was charged with having to find a painter in Niceville that could do the exterior and interior of the house and get it ready to be sold. We were not living in the area so we did not even know who to call. David answered our email right away on Home Advisor and set an appointment to give us a quote. He was able to fit us in immediately and gave us a fair price. We are 100% satisfied and thrilled with his workers in the job that they did in such a quick turn around. I would highly recommend Cool Cote to anyone looking for an interior or exterior painter.
