"There's not much we can do about it.".... understandable words if they were coming from a doctor or fireman after my house burns down. Not when discussing a $10 piece of siding that was damaged during the installation of my roof. The project manager went on to try and sell me siding to replace the whole house. That's when I went from "Well, there were some hiccups" to "Yeah, not hiring these people again". I've never had a roof replaced so I don't know if this process was better than others. I have a new roof that doesn't leak that we can tell... so that's something. Brett (or Brent), the salesman, was very nice and explained everything and called us to let us know the status up until the customer service rep took over. The project managers and customer service representative assigned to my house were also nice and the PM showed up on time or early for all meeting... Not so much for the customer service rep (I didn't really care since I wasn't in a hurry to go to work). We had alot of problems with the gutters that were being installed, poor workmanship and installation techniques that were baffling. From what I can tell however, that contracted gutter company is no longer working with Contract Exteriors. But it took around 3 weeks for the gutters to be installed... But only two days were of actual installation. One to install and one to reinstall correctly. We had several questions throughout the install and most had to be asked multiple times before we got an answer. We believe that the roofers were drinking on the job. We can't prove it for sure, but there weren't beer cans in the dumpster, roofers took a lunch break, and then there were beer cans in the dumpster. I certainly enjoy a beer, especially while working, but I don't want someone on my roof who's been drinking. After the project was complete, we were given a bottle of wine, beer koozies, and a tote bag. I would have gladly traded it for a replacement piece of siding.

The installers were efficient and completed the project in a timely manner

I know that the siding was hard to match. The new siding ended up being a little more grey than blue, but everything else was outstanding!

Appears to be a professional company. Progress payment plan work well for both the Owner and the Contractor.

Very fast and efficient work crew. They were on the job at 8:00 AM and were finished, including cleanup by 3:00 PM. They did an excellent job and the roof looks great.

The crew arrived around 7:30am and worked, with only a lunch break till 7pm. They cleaned, including nail pickup every day. Unbelievably hard workers. The contract supervisor came at least twice a day to check quality and progress of the work. We were told of any issued immediately. They have completely changed our idea about contractors. We highly recommend this company

This company promised high quality work--negotiated to $8,295 after the salesman Bryan came back & stated, "I miscalculated the squares." This should have been a warning sign, but they were recommended by Home Advosor; therefore, I trusted them. They roofed the roof in the rain which leaked into my Florida Room. The final price came out to be $9,000.00.
