He did not clean up after he finished. Left my driveway with rocks and gravel all over it.He also left the street in front of my house a mess. Did not clean up place where he removed concrete and promised me he would find someone to do my sidewalk which he did not do and he left it as is and now I have to find somebody else to finish the job which I have done. I am not happy and will never use Home Adviser again

Flagstone and grass were laid in the backyard. Before the project I explained the importance of an even surface to avoid any falls. The grass area was not level and the flagstone path had ground pebbles on it. Of course two weeks later I fell on the grass area which was uneven. I fractured my nose, cheek, cervical spine C2 and my patella. I was in the hospital for 2 weeks and spent 3 months in a neck brace and leg brace. Contractor was not willing to fix the problems in the yard.

The pathway was the materials she chose and laid perfect. The story changed every time I talked to her. When I came out she specifically told me that she fell on a root outside the area we worked in. She also has cameras that cover the area we did the work and that the cameras showed she was beyond the grass we laid which was laid on a graded base. She then wanted the stone set in a concrete base which I offered to do at material cost.

I called Michael and he showed up as promised, completed the job which was jack hammering up a 60 yr old, sometimes 10 inches thick patio so not pretty. Would hire again and recommend!
