As others have said Frank communicates well, is well organized and looks out for for his customers best interest. During our the framing of our addition he made several suggestions that were improvements from our plans. In addition the few change orders we decided to made were reasonable.

Frank is great, he communicates all during the project. Frank did our deck himself and the work was top quality and looks wonderful.

The professionals finished sooner than quoted, that's usually rare for contractor. The professional were very professional, and were reasonably priced.

Frank came in and did the work himself. He was extremely nice and personable, and went straight to work. He finished tiling two bathrooms in two days, and the work was excellent! My wife and I are more than satisfied with his work. The first word out of my wife's mouth when she saw the finished job was "WOW!" I will definitely hire Frank again, and we will be doing some more work that we'll want him to do. Thanks, Frank, for doing an excellent job!!!
