He was great to work with! Very hard working and perseverant. The floor had some deep nasty stains, but he was able to use cleaning solution to get almost all of it out, so that now you don't notice it! We found that 36h before walking or putting another coat on the oil based polyurethane worked better than 24h, at least in the humid hot summer. He's done a great job, I felt I could trust him in my house, I love the outcome. And his rates were really reasonable.

As an investor, I needed the floors refinished in my rental home that would be durable enough to withstand the wear and tear of a family, their pets, and the caustic cleaners they would use. After getting several bids from other service companies (both sandless and refinish), I selected Mike with Hardwood Sand Refinish. Mike took the time to explain the process, the types of chemicals to be used, expected results, and follow-up care with each cycle of tenants. Once the work was completed, I was in awe that he was able to restore the flooring beyond my expectations and at a price that was sensible compared to other bids received that were at least three times the price of Mike's. I will be reaching to Hardwood Sand Refinish for my future projects.

Mike was very timely, prompt, responsive and conscientious. Project cost was very reasonable. There were a couple minor blemishes initially in the flooring finish. Mike enthusiastically came out to address those issues and encouraged me to reach out as many times as needed if any further issues encountered. I would certainly recommend and will use Mike again on any future projects.

I worked specifically with Kerry and will hire him again and again for future projects. He is honest, hardworking, follows through, and made this experience enjoyable. He refinished my hardwood floors, replaced carpet with LVT, and retiled two rooms. Iâ m so happy with how everything turned out. He has also made himself available to help with other things around the house. Good service like that is hard to find and I am so glad I found him early on in my home ownership. I highly recommend Hardwood Sand Refinish!
