The water heater was pricy, more than I thought. The gentlemen who came to access the problem were very knowledgeable; tried to get a new one before the weekend but it was not possible. They certainly did their best. I would definitely recommend them.

Jason was very professional, but the guy that was sent out to complete the work was over an hour late. The job was simple; install an air vent to a new room. The framing job was sloppy, the 2x4's have a lot of wiggle, also a stripped out screw was left sticking out 2 inches. Overall, it's functional, however I spent 3 times the amount I was quoted by a neighborhood handyman because I wanted it to be done by a professional. Big mistake!

We stand behind our work. If there were any problems you should have called us so we could correct them. We tried calling and had to leave a message because no one answered the phone to let you know we were running behind. As far as the screw that was stripped out. It is in a wall and the space to acess it is extremely small and how. As far as the neighborhood handy man only paying a third of what we charge I would ask to see his proof of insurance, workers compensation, and a local business license.It sounds like the only complaint you may have is you talked to the handy man after we finished and he told you he would do it for third of the
