Combat was the first caller to my request and was very helpful, asking about locations where termites and been seen and such, then when he heard the word "upstairs" wanted to verify that I know for sure they're termites, as that's unlikely. After conferring with my tenant, turns out they were carpenter ants, and when I called back he sounded genuinely happy for me that I'd saved a ton of money not having to do a termite treatment. He came out a few days later, showed up on time, appeared very thorough in spraying inside and out, and gave me a 6 month guarantee. Hopefully I won't need it, but nice to have. Would recommend or hire again.
