Ken and Ken Jr. Assessed the problem over the phone based on the information and pictures I sent the day before so they responded fast. Both showed up on time as promised on the phone and went right to work. They drained, removed my old water heater and had a brand new one ready to install. It took roughly 3 hour but they got it done with no mess other than a few drips of water. The price was the best out of all the bidders from Home Advisor. They both were professional, courteous and right to the point. I would hire them again for my plumbing needs.

Coastal Plumbing and Heating were amazing. Best pricing in the industry, all competitors were nearly double the cost. Water heater was purchased from a reputable HVAC supplier, installed quickly, and all waste was removed from the job site. Very satisfied with the service, great communication, and I would strongly recommend using Coastal again for my projects, for neighbors and friends.

Ken was great! He didn't waste any time with in person consultations, he let me explain the issue and knew exactly what was needed, provided a reasonable estimate and scheduled directly with me within a couple days. I will definitely call Ken for future plumbing needs!
