Clear and Pure Water

Update: I was told at the installation that we would be able to get replacement filters for the Charger R.O. system they installed online. That was false. I contacted these guys about replacement filters and have been ignored. My wife called them about buying replacement filters and she was ignored too.

I did my research and read all customer reviews, Home Advisor, and I have to say George, the owner, is the Best! We called, he came out, and installed. His crew are phenomenal! I love the fact he is a Veteran and true to his word! He has been in the business for Decades and his pride in his work and company is outstanding! Support local and you will never be disappointed!

Moved to Jarrell, Tx in July 2021. Knew from having lived in Georgetown that we would need a water softener. Googled and called multiple companies but after finding Clear and Pure Water and talking to George Sr I knew I had found the right company to provide my water softener. Went with them not only because their quote was about half of the others I had gotten but also because of George Sr's friendly personality, low pressure sales and the time he spent educating me and making sure he was quoting the right system to meet my needs (no upselling). George Jr did my install and not only was he courteous and friendly but also very knowledgeable and had the system installation complete in less than 2 hours. Fast forward to August 2022, system working with no problems but wanted to have system checked and make sure everything was fine. Called and got hold of George Sr mid-morning on a Monday and told him what I needed and asked when he could get to it and he responded "how about this afternoon". Couldn't believe it. George Sr showed up shortly after lunch, ran the system through all the checks, added chemical for cleaning the system and was done in less than 30 minutes (even gave me a discount on the expensive chemical). You just can't beat that type of service (and done with a smile). Highly recommend this company.

Not only did he save us cost, he provided multiple options, he brought in specialists to look and help diagnose the problems. He was extremely prompt and efficient. Everything was finished in a timely manner. Overall we are very happy with the end result.

Do not do business with this company. I called them to do routine service on my soft water system which they installed. The system was working but just wanted it to remain that way. The son arrived and spent a total of about 15 minutes working on the system. He said that his father would need to come out to do one of the water tests because he could not do it. They charged me $250.00 for this trip. Father came out after repeated calls and said his son had not done a good job and he proceeded to redo the service and said his son had overcharged me. After a few days the system was not working and I called back and they made another trip to replace the water pellet tank and said they would come back to finish the job. I called on Monday to schedule this work and they said we are backing up a trailer and would call back in just a few minutes. I waited 7 days for the call back and never heard a word. They left my garage in a big mess. I will finish the job myself. They want you to think they are just good ol boys trying to make a living but don't be fooled, They are great con artists. Poor work, poor customer service and way over priced. I will never call them again. If I could rate them 0 I would.
