Extremely responsive. My well pump died and they were at my house 30 minutes after my call to diagnose, and installed a new pump first thing the next morning. Such responsiveness gives me great peace of mind

Clear Water Pump & Well Service was absolutely awesome! I had an issue with my water pump late on a Friday, no water at all. I called and someone picked up right away (no overseas operator, which was a huge plus), and she was incredibly kind and helpful. Later that night, the owner personally called me and walked me through everything. The next morning, he had two of his guys at my house, they were professional, explained the problem clearly, broke down the cost, and had the new pump installed in just a few hours. Top shelf service from start to finish. Highly recommend!

They were wonderful! My well pump just stopped working. Losing water in your home is close to going back in time - No water means suffering through no water to drink, no toilets, no bathing, and limited or no cooking. Imagine my surprise when I got a call from Clear Water within an hour of searching on Angi. They were at my door the following morning and they troubleshot, diagnosed, and repaired and/or replaced the failed parts within a few hours. The workers were fast, efficient, professional, and mannerly. I'm definitely squirreling their number away for any future water pump or well issues.

This is my second experience working with Clear Water and both times have been exceptional. We lost our well pump due to sand and sediment infiltrating the pump. The company was extremely responsive, came over the next day, gave us options and information to help us decide on how we wanted to proceed. They recommended we add a sand seperator to the new pump to prevent the majority of sediment from getting to the pump. Paul the owner was involved, Leisa from their office was fabulous and the crew did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company for your well needs.

Well pump broke on a Sunday morning, call Clean Water and they had it fixed by noon. Spoke to both owners, Dave and Paul, they were both informative and helpful. Service guys Tim and Johnny were also excellent, professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

. I need to say how appreciative and grateful that I called and hired CWP. After a bungled job by a negligent pump company, I spoke with Dave and he was so helpful and professional. Walked me off the ledge, and was responsive, kind, utterly professional. The entire crew had my water running in no time. Spent the time explaining the pump curve and the complexities of doing the job property. I would give 10 stars if I could. The level of integrity and the available high end equipment to get the job done with care and precision is rare. I made the mistake of first hiring a local service; a guy with a box truck. Well, it was a nightmare. Thank goodness I called Clear Water Pump and they fixed what was damaged and finished the job the next morning. I was very impressed by Clear Water Pump and Well Service. We woke up to a non-operational sump pump on Sunday morning and I began looking for a company that could help us. Clear Water offered 24-hour service and I was able to schedule a visit by their technicians 8 AM Monday morning. By 10 AM that morning our water supply was back! The techs were really knowledgeable and had everything they needed with them. I was really impressed by the speed and professionalism of this company. Anders
