The price is high but I was willing to pay for a superior job, as described by the owner. They came on time and were polite. They washed the windows and screens adequately. The problem was attention to detail. The inside worker left wet equipment on my antique dresser, even after I talked to him about it, and left all my windows unlocked, I discovered the next day. There were little spots on most of the windows. When I asked I was told it requires a strong chemical and they don't have any on the truck. Somehow they also broke my hose, which I didn't know they were using and left a drink can on my antique dining room table. The owner listened snd agreed those things should not have happened and he paid to replace my hose.

My salesman, Joseph Pepin was great. He was timely, provided various options for service, and was honest enough to point out that my gutters did not need cleaning, even though his company provides that service as well. I rated a 4.0 on quality because there were a few windows that were not cleaned due to oversight.
