They were able to schedule the work quickly and stuck to that schedule. Workers were very professional and hard working. Job completed on time. They completely removed all traces of having been here. The roof is beautiful! Pricey, but worth it. Would definitely work with them again.

The gutters sag in the middle and overflow when it rains. They are causing water to damage my house. When I called to explain the problem, they set an appointment and never showed up. These are supposed to have a lifetime guarantee. I guess it is easy to sell a lifetime guarantee if you are not going to bother honoring it. Horrible experience all around! I would never let these people touch my house again.

I had an excellent experience overall. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the product, the windows were exactly what we needed. The installers were personable and professional. They installed the new windows beautifully, and left behind a spotless worksite inside as well as outside the house. I would definitely reccomend Clear Choice Home Improvements for anyone shopping for window replacements.

Had roof replaced in March, good job, I then also had gutters installed in May, but with first day of heavy rain I saw the gutters leaking very much, so much that when I needed to go out of the house, I got a big shower. Called them 4 times, and left voice mail, but I never received a call back. I finally was able to get someone on the phone, she told me she had received the voice mail, but had not called back yet as she needed to look at the planning. One week later, still no call back, and gutters still leaking very much, with no date on when they will come to fix. So I guess their guarantee is not serious.

Alan came to quote for a standing seam roof, but found that not to be the best solution to my roof problem, but did side by side evaluations, which allowed me to choose the best solution, a rubber roof! Thank you, Alan.

Everything about Clear Choice was a cut above. Beginning with R.J., who at the time was in sales and has since joined management, RJ was upbeat, professional, brought a background in building entire homes so he saw our roofing job in full context. His customer service skills were just great, and he was very accommodating as we outlined some fairly high maintenance requests for the job. He never lost touch with us the whole time the job was in progress. I'd work with him again in a New York Minute. Next was Ryan, the manager of the crew, who literally couldn't do enough for us. Super attentive and high energy, Ryan was in constant touch with the crew as the job went on, going off to get specialized supplies, including having a local lumber company custom mill some boards for us. Ryan is a rising superstar. One day he'll own a company like this. Finally, with all this in place, Clear choice gave is a highly competitive bid. Oh yeah, I should add that at one point in my career, I installed roofs. You won't go wrong with this company.
