Let's say I found a lot of things not clean that should have been clean.

I am sorry you felt this way, but when we did the first walk through you told us what you wanted cleaned and what you did not want cleaned and that was what we focused on, after we finished the job we did one final walk through and you stated you happy with the job we done, again I am sorry you felt this way.

If I could give this business 10 stars, I would. We scheduled an initial house cleaning for today. When we came home from work, I almost didn't recognize my house! It smelled so good and it was sparkling clean - even areas that I never knew could get back to its original state. The attention to detail and care is evident in everything single thing. I keep finding new things that are clean and shiny! My appliances look brand new, everything is immaculate! You've gained regular customers - and we will spread the word. Thank you, Maria!

I had awful tenants who left our rental property in complete shambles. Maria transformed the home into a livable residence again. It was nothing short of magic. I would not ever recommend ROUNDHOUSE PROFESSIONALS. Actually, I had referred him before he finished. But after his job was completed I called the one I gave the referral & told him of his work, then recanted my referral. Jon did not do what he said he would do. When I called asking him to come by to discuss it he refused. He just disagreed with me with what I was saying. He cut a limb off from a large tree and left the clippings behind for me to clean up and do what with them?! Too bad he did not provide a professional itemized estimate of the job. And shame on me for not asking for it!

Excellent work. Reliable and stop behind what they discussed with us. Strong problem solving skills. They had to come up with a solution with one of the gates that opened on a slope nd they brilliantly solved the problem.
