Great Powerwashing service - will use again

I called them for a quote and set a date. They were pricey but I needed the work done in a two-week time frame and they were available. The day of the wash they no called no-showed. He texted me the next day apologizing that he never showed. I hired someone else for the job. Then two weeks later he texts me out of the blue that he is coming the next day(?) I told him politely that we already scheduled and had the work done by someone else. Instead of going on his own merry way, He proceeds to send me nasty texts. Which I can screenshot and post here. Too bad we do not live on his time schedule. Very inconsiderate of your time. I would be very careful when scheduling. and get another quote, it is expensive.

Hello Sofia, sorry you feel that way. As we told you, someone had a family emergency (Childbirth!) and you were ok with that and actually sent your congratulations! You then requested us to reschedule you for MEMORIAL DAY. We then rescheduled you for a day that you were aware of and were all set to complete the job. You then cancelled last minute without notice. Our prices reflect our work and while you feel we are expensive, the work we provide always results in 100% customer satisfaction, which can be seen with every other review on HomeAdvisor. You agreed to our original estimate without issues with pricing. Sometimes things do not work ou

I asked them to do the power washing right away and they did it the next day after the estimate despite their very busy schedule. I truly appreciate it. The patio and outdoor furniture look great! I m really pleased that I found them!
