my water heater started leaking 4 days before I was leaving on vacation. I talked with Clean Water Solutions on a Monday morning. He quoted me the lowest price of all the other plumbers I checked with and he had it installed the very next day, so I could go away without any worries.

We were having issues with our water filter/softener system so had these guys out to take a look. Guy on the phone was helpful in trying to walk me through how to fix it myself before having to pay them - that alone will win a referral from me for anyone in need of work. I thanked him, but had them come out any way. Tech was friendly and professional. Was willing to help educate me on what service is expected on a system like mine and answer questions I had about other issues I hadn't originally called about. Took time to try and find a fix without having to do full replacement of anything or upsell me on new stuff - another plus for them. Cost was reasonable, but a little higher because of my distance from them. Guy on the phone who I first talked to was fully upfront about this as well beforehand. In my mind well worth the money and I'll be looking to use them again in the future.

Rantz was phenomenal and I will be using Clean Water Solutions from here on out. We had a 30ish year old system and thought for sure weÂ’d have to replace it. Rantz fixed it right up for us and also talked me through how it works and other questions I had. A+ service, friendly, ethical, and honest. CanÂ’t recommend highly enough.
