The work quality of the cleaning was stellar. However, the lower rating was due to miscommunication of whom to pay (I ended up paying the cleaning maid and the owner the same amount by accidental mistake) at the time of service. Owner is aware of the payment issue, but I have not seen a final resolution on the payment issue yet.

You all did an extremely well job and worked nonstop until the task was completed! Specific request and accommodations were followed to a tee. Yall are very professional and made a daunting task look easy, all while upholding a great attitude! Completed a three day job in one day because of the hard work ethic and dedication yall have. 100% customer satisfaction and will definitely be working with again!!
