Sandy is amazing! She asked me questions about my taste. She selected furniture, lamps, and carpet to suit my exact style and taste. My husband and I were pleased, both with the quality of her service, her diligence, and her ability to work with us. Seemless, excellent service. I will certainly work with her again.

Sandra Murphy was hired through Anji for several small projects in my new-build. I needed help with cabinet pulls/knobs, selecting counter stools, and selecting a backsplash. She emailed me to go to Lowes for cabinet pulls, sent me 2 pictures of counter stools from Grandin Road, and did bring a backsplash selection that just did not work. Her service included a furniture shopping trip, mainly for a particular sofa selection, which was just one local store and they had not had that particular sofa in several years. If you want to do most of the work yourself, hire her. If not, find someone else. Full disclosure: I am hearing-impaired and tell every vendor that I need communication only by text or email. Sandra made phone calls.

I'm surprised at her reaction to the service provided. I did as promised, went to store and brought tile samples, which she said she liked. Due to her time crunch, I researched in-stock cabinet pull options and found some at Lowes. Took her shopping and found several items she liked for her family room. She paid for a 3D floor plan for one room, included shopping, but I designed 3D floor plans for 2 additional rooms(no extra charge to her) so she can see the flow of these rooms. When a client smiles at you and tells you she likes the options presented, then writes something like she did, I have to wonder why?

The two tiered investment yielded what I thought we would get for the first. The output was not helpful. Our designer was helpful and very nice but I should have gone another way.

Sandy isnâ t done with the project yet. So far we have learned a lot of important steps about how to make our home harmonious, welcoming and beautiful. Sandy has a calm and peaceful sense about her. She likes to incorporate elements that we already own and shares her vast knowledge freely! Our new furniture will take 6 months to deliver and we feel secure she will work with us to complete! We are enjoying the process!
