Charles Taylor Interior Design

In 2021, during the pandemic, Charles Taylor and company went the extra mile for my project and to communicate. He designed and hired the contractors for a beautiful custom renovation of my tiny house. His general contractor, Christian James (James Gang Construction), did extremely professional work. He did a full wall of tiling in my guest bath, floor to ceiling tile in my shower, and two kitchen walls . Charles redesigned my master bedroom layout. Offered several ideas. He hired the contractors that: painted my house inside and out, replaced the floors with quality vinyl planks, added tile, redid my ceiling lighting, added lights for the closets in both bedrooms, added a refrigerator nook, replaced my kitchen counter with beautiful white quartz, replaced all my faucets with Delta faucets in matching finish, chose and installed new window treatments, added a pocket door, replaced the picket fence outside with high quality redwood, painted all kitchen cabinetry, replaced toilets, vanities, kitchen counters and sink . Christian James built and finished two shelves in the kitchen. All of this was done with a I mind to cost, getting deals for the tile, planks, fence, pocket door and more. I canâ t say enough about Charles Taylor Home.

I highly recommend Charles for any remodeling or design projects (large and small) you may want to undertake. Last fall I worked with Charles on some larger remodeling projects in my condo. He gave me a gorgeous new kitchen, beautiful flooring throughout, and gave both of my bathrooms sleek vanities and storage solutions. I am SO happy with the results. My kitchen is stunning, the flooring is modern and chic, and my bathrooms got a major upgrade. Initially, I made the mistake of thinking that I could manage a kitchen remodel on my own and I was so wrong. As soon as Charles came on board, he guided me through the entire process with professionalism and beautiful, lasting results that I have been thrilled with. I was most impressed by his ability to schedule all of the contractors within my time constraints. Charles is truly an expert at home design and works with talented and reliable contractors in San Diego. My only regret? Not hiring Charles soon enough as I would have saved a ton of time and $$$ had I had his help from the get-go. Next time I need any home improvements done, Charles will be my first point of contact. I hired Charles to help me with paint colors, draperies, and a large rug. It was a "small" job but he was very professional and very helpful. Charles' rug people brought over two rugs for me to look at and I bought one of them. He also brought over his window treatment contractor, who is having new curtains made for my bedroom. All in all, Charles was good value for the money. He connected me with good decorating contractors, which I would not have been able to do on my own. Thank YOU!
