The young man that done the work was hard working and knew what he was doing. He could have used someone else to help him but he was alone. I helped him when I could. I have one issue and that is Chappells needs to keep their customers informed better. I would hire them again.

I hired Chapelles because of the speedy response. He gave an estimate the same day, and was on the job in a timely manner. I also have a “big job” to do that is scheduled for September (because they are so busy...2 month’s wait time.). If they do as well on the “big job” as they’ve done in the routine maintenance, then I’ll be totally happy. I rated only a 4.5 value, because I thought they were a bit high. But I was desperate, and Chapell’s has done everything we agreed to in a timely manner. Very satisfied!

Very professional and quick to respond!

Hired this company late last summer to install sod and reroute a few sprinkler heads. Sprinkler work was fine. Half of the sod has died. The sod was not even put down on the front yard correctly. We are on a slight hill - did not stagger the sod pieces! Every time it rained the too much sand that they put below ran to the bottom and into the road. There is so much sand at the bottom of our yard it just moves when you walk on it. You usually get what you pay for. Needless to say, we are paying more this year for someone that does it correctly.
