There is no consult fee. The crew is not only professional, but thorough, responsive, efficient, and friendly. I knew the basics of what I wanted; Jonathan came out and filled in all the blanks for me. He could envision precisely what I wanted and then some, and the end results were better than I had imagined. I will be using this company for all my landscaping needs in the future.

On July 24th, 2019, we hired Chaparral for landscaping services which included paver installation and dirt removal. The work performed was not the work discussed. Please learn from my experience and read your contract carefully! The dirt removal agreed on when Fernando gave the estimate became **grading** in the contract, meaning mounding dirt away from the edges. I have no recourse because the contract stated, **grading of soil in all landscape area left of driveway to a level and stable surface 3 below all concrete and newly installed pavers and up to three yards of soil removal. The three yards was not discussed at the time of the estimate. When the job was complete, the soil was still way higher than the surrounding sidewalk, driveway and new paver walkways. Fernando explained they had removed in excess of the three yards in the contract, and he would lose money on the job if he removed any more dirt. In my opinion, he is a slick salesman and had no intention of removing the soil as discussed! Feel free to contact me if you would like to see the contract and pictures of the project.

What a wonderful all-around experience. Fernando is a real professional and extremely talented. He is also very personable and we enjoyed working with him. His crew is amazing - such hard working men with so much talent and attention to detail. We were impressed from the beginning through the completion of our project. Chaparral Ent., Inc. was awesome. They went above and beyond. The design, lighting, timeliness and professionalism deserves the 5 stars. After completing our patio within 3 days they also assured the project was not only to our satisfaction they also did landscaping and left the entire area immaculate.
