Chadek Power Wash

The work he did was decent, but we asked that a built-in, dilapidated planter be removed......twice...he still forgot. After reminding him again, he did finally remove it, but it was after he had power-washed. Now there's a rectangle spot on the deck where it used to be. Also we wanted the deck stained a sealed, but he didn't stain it. We weren't charged for the staining, but he obviously doesn't make notes or listen to his customers. Didn't seem to want to correct his mistakes, so we'll go with somebody else next time.

Very prompt and fast, but at the same time they did a great job on my deck. My deck is three levels and needed a step replaced and a couple of 1x4 boards. They replaced those like they said they would and while they were there also power washed my decorative sidewalk and patio. I would recommend them for sure and use them again when needed.

I had a small, unintentional garden growing on the top of an awning covering my deck area. They did a fantastic job in clearing and cleaning the area, even cleaned my roof top and gutters. They went above and beyond by noticing a loose shingle and replacing it. They were very informative and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire them for any future projects.

Deck looks great. They also took care of some boards that had pulled up.

Always does more than agreed on. He sees something that needs to be done close to where he is working & he'll just do it, if it is not too big & not charge extra. So don't get nervous if you hire him & he is doing work that u have not went over bc he is just throwing it in. Customer Service, he is the definition of that term. Highly recommend him & he is reasonable on his pricing.
