We ve worked with CertaPro many times (ceiling scrape, walls, cabinets) & so appreciate their workmanship & communication!!

I expected good quality work and honesty from a business I spent $6,000+ on for my kitchen cabinets to be painted white. And I got neither. The painter got paint all over our floors and appliances, and then scratched up our new stainless steel dishwasher pretty badly when trying to get the paint off. The fact that our dishwasher has huge, permanent scratches on it is not even the worst part. The worst part was that the man who did it flat-out denied that he had done it. He did not want to take the blame and get in trouble, so he decided to blame us instead. We were flabbergasted. Not only did they cause major damages, they had the audacity to deny responsibility. Incredible. The very first time we brought it up to them, they acted like they were going to replace the front panel of our dishwasher for us. We went ahead and paid our bill for more than $6,000. When I tried to follow up with their boss (the owner) via phone and email, the company ghosted me. They got what they wanted - our money - and were not concerned about our satisfaction. The business owner/president will not respond to our attempts to have them repair damages. The whole situation has been traumatizing. I would strongly urge anyone not to hire this company unless you want a group of unethical liars in your home. They wil ruin your home and say you did it. Who knows how much more harm or damage they are capable of?

Manuel Serra was the painter that CertaPro scheduled with us. He was GREAT. He was friendly and very picky on how his work looked. He did a wonderful job for us. Very pleased with him.
