Cecy and team were excellent. The bathroom came out great. Cecy helped us pick out all accessories and colors. She is very creative. The service and follow-up were diligent down to the smallest details.

Cecy and Co. have been a real pleasure to work with. They always update me as to what's going on, are honest with prices, and if things change, she is thoughtful on what needs to change and keeping things in the budget. Her vision on design ideas is also first rate! Great team.

Cecy and team were amazing through this process! We had been looking to remodel our master shower for over a year. We talked about the vision we had and collaborated together to get just what we wanted!She is very responsive to questions, problems, and overall very easy to work with. Everyday her team left a clean work space and was very respectful and professional during the unknowns of COVID! She helped us work with our budget and get the dream shower we've wanted. Cecy was wonderful to work with on our overall design and she was always willing to make an extra trip back to finalize or fix something that wasn't right. Her rates were reasonable, they cleaned up every day they were here, and the work was completed quickly.

Over the last 16 months, Cecy Gillen Designs have done project after project for me including a full renovation of two bathrooms and a kitchen. I could not be happier with the results and plan to continue using them for any future projects. I was happy with the quality of their work and their reliability. They are trustworthy and respected my home. Cecy is a talented designer and helps you to realize your vision for a beautiful space through just the right tile, flooring, color and fixture selections. I appreciated the personalized level of service that Cecy provides and always making herself available when I had a question or concern. You will find no better communicator than Cecy. Not only does she respond to emails/phone calls in a timely manner, but she initiates contact on a regular basis to update you on how the project is going, what they will be working on next and what their upcoming schedule is like. And lastly, Cecy is an excellent problem solver. I have an old house and there were so many unforeseen roadblocks along the way that I thought would derail the project for sure, but Cecy was not to be deterred by these challenges and always seemed to find a workable solution which I appreciated greatly. All in all, they are a wonderful team and I thank them for all that they have done to make my house a beautiful home.

We needed a variety of repairs to get our home ready for market. I didnt want to spend alot, just cosmetic repairs. Ceci totally got it. She found a salvage door to replace our front door, she replaced panels instead of entire garage doors. The project kept growing and they had to juggle their schedules to fit us in. Great company for a variety of work.
