I hired this company. They sent me a very professional sales person who spent time with us to show us what they could do to replace just the two leaded glass panels in our solid wood front =door. We were very pleased with the salesman and he gave us lots of information, answered all our questions. We will be visited by the project manager next week to take measurements and then they manufacture the panels and will install them when they are completed.

We finally decided to move forward with purchasing Bilco doors for outside and Shaun made it super easy to make a decision on what was best for our home. We have an older home and Castle was able to accommodate the odd sizing which was something that was a concern. Super excited to see the finished product in a few weeks!

So far our experience has been good. Kevin, who came and did the detailed measurements for our replacement windows, was thorough and courteous. Took his time to get all the measurements correct.

The installation of the door was done well; however, the work area was not adequately protected (no floor protection) and a crowbar was dropped on my new hardwood floor and put a gash in the floor. There was also a communication issue between the sales department and the installers on putting on new break metal around the outside of the door. Yes I would use them again but I would confirm everything with the installers before the start and I would make sure they prep the area to protect the property.
