I have had Cascade come out to my house for two separate projects. They first came out and replaced my outdated countertops with new beautiful quartz. They did a great job, the main section is one large piece with no seams, all of the countertops fit perfect and have held up great, they also installed a under mount sink and cut a piece of matching stone for my slide out cutting board. The second project I had them out for was to replace the counter on my bathroom vanity. The vanity is fairly large and they also installed a backsplash and a cap on a half wall right next to the vanity. They were professional every time they were out and had great craftsmanship. They always laid down runners is the house and cleaned up after themselves. I am very pleased with my new stone. Thank you!

Cascade Countertops did a beautiful job with my countertops. I had them do two areas in the kitchen, the pantry, and a linen area. The young man who did the installation was professional and polite, and he did a careful and gorgeous job. He had to troubleshoot an area where my cabinets were not level, and he did it in a smart and non-destructive manner. There was a slight delay because the initial stone came in and was not up to Cascade's standards, but the new countertops quickly followed and matched perfectly throughout the entire project. Cost was exactly as quoted. They also arranged for my backsplashes through another capable company. Highly recommend!

Cascade Countertops was great to work with and I will be doing business with them again. Kenny was punctual with quoting, his bid was fair and prompt. The turn around time was quicker than he quoted. What sets Cascade Countertops apart from other companies, was the prep work and their onsite professionalism. They laid down runners in the house, took off their shoes, and worked around 2 screaming kids. I hovered around them asking them questions during the install and they were very patient and polite. It can be off-putting to contractors and they handled my questions as if they were training me. I had pre selected a slab with MSI, which made the process flow smoothly. They purchased it and picked it up. Further they counselled me on some of my "bad" ideas and politely explained why they were bad. It helps and is appreciated when a contractor guides the process. We had a slight issue with the install that I caught after the fact. They came back and quickly addressed. No one is prefect, it reflects someone's character, with how we deal with problems. Great character out of the team at Cascade Countertops.

Cascade did an excellent job. Good communication; showed up when they said they would, on time, prepared and ready to work. They were careful of my home, very tidy and left no messes. Very good company.
