They aded a downstairs bathroom and bedroom to our house as well as walk out deck with pavers. They were prompt, thorough, and had excellent communication. They did the architectural and the interior design as well as the construction.. Could not be more pleased. When minor issues arose, they were addressed quickly. They were careful to review details like stain color, paver layout, paint color, etc carefully with us before starting work, and provided lots of options and samples. If we found we wanted something changed, they addressed it quickly. Would highly recommend.

All of the people who did work on our remodel were top notch! They showed up when they said they'd be there and really focused on the work to be done. Each person was very conscientious but also very nice. The finished product is outstanding and we couldn't be happier!

I have worked with a number of contractors in the Bellingham area for a number of different projects on our home. For anything major, I won't go anywhere else now that I've worked with Chris. He's patient, thorough, and communicates extremely well. His prices are fair and I never once had to worry about being taken advantage of. He is also very clean, regularly cleaning the work area and making sure dump runs are made to minimize the impact he's having on your day to day life during construction. Do note that Chris likes to work alone with the help of quality subs. So set expectations accordingly with your timeline. That said, it's worth any additional time. We have a number of projects that we will trust Chris with as his schedule allows. Don't hesitate to hire.

Chris, and his tile and plumber subs, did an amazing job on the remodel of our two condo bathrooms and their estimate was very competitive too. As seniors, we have hired many contractors and Casali Remodeling is the best, by far! Their communication was excellent, and Chris was always involved in making sure things were going well. When we wanted minor changes, they were very accommodating, making the changes when possible or explaining why something couldn't or shouldn't be done.

Chris was excellent to work with on a major kitchen remodel and laundry room add. This was not a simple project as it required moving the footprint of the kitchen. Changes were dealt with fairly with very good communication. The project was finished on time and on budget despite a few unanticipated items. Subs were well coordinated and did professional work. I would recommend hiring Chris/Casali Remodeling and I am a pretty tough grader.
