Cape Appraisal Service

We used Fitz to appraise a home in which the inheritance was being split. Fitz came promptly at the time agreed upon. He toured the home and gave a fair market value, taking into consideration the things that were older and needed updating. We feel we received the service we paid for at a fair price.

Fritz was very thorough and fair. My project was a bit out of the ordinary and he definitely put time and effort into giving me the best numbers he could. Fritz also gave me some great ideas how to proceed with the sale of the property. While I hope I don't have to go through something like this again, if I do, I'm coming back to Fritz. He's really a nice guy too and that's important!

Fritz was thorough in the work that he did to appraise my house. I actually had two appraisers do an appraisal on the house, and Fritz appraisal, while below the other one, made more sense to me and gave me great information to move forward with my house.

Fritz was very through, provided me with an appraisal obtained by comparing home sales in today’s market which was well researched, as well as a walk through of the property, and he asked a lot of questions about improvements that were done. He was pleasant and easy to work with. I am very happy with the job he did.

He responded fast to the request and was able to get the report back to me on a timely manner. The inspector was older so was not able to walk down the stairs to the basement so I feel like that did my appraisal a disservice not being able to show that area and get feedback.
