Why can’t I give 10 stars? I called in a panic after I tried a DYI YouTube fix thinking I may I have messed things up further. Scheduling was easy and convenient. The best part was my computer was fixed quickly. I really felt like my needs were heard and I was a priority. If you want great service, this is THE guy to talk to.
