Do not rely on Alan Cabrera. I accepted his estimate for a small project on 9/29/23. He eventually agreed to schedule the work for 10/19/23. The day before that I called, texted and emailed him to confirm he was coming. No reply. He did not arrive on 10/19/23 to perform the work and again did not reply to my call, text and email asking what the status was. I have to assume he has decided against doing the project. I cannot rate the quality of his work because he did not do any but clearly his customer service is terrible.

The team collaborate effectively and did my patio flat rock roof in half a day only because of efficiency and men power. No more leak coming through the ceiling during today's rain but still found some small pebbles that came down from the roof.

The team was efficient, competent, focused, business-like and very nice. We could not be happier with their performance and professionalism.

They didn't clean up after the project. I was the one picking up the nails.
