They were quick to respond and very straightforward. Unfortunately, they were over an hour and a half late, but I think we've come to expect that from these types of services due to the nature of the job. Although the price was faircompared to other places, it still seemed expensive considering how simple the job was - I guess that's what you get for not doing it yourself. I would definitely use them again.

They were there within three hours of my call

I called the company on a Wednesday for a quote. They said they would come 2 days later (Friday), which they did . The plumber they sent was Ken. Very knowledgeable, honest, & courteous. He accessed the job, gave a quote that I agreed to, very fair pricing. He stayed and installed all my new shower hardware & 2 new faucets I had purchased prior to his arrival. Needless to say I was quite impressed w/ how fast the job was estimated & completed w/ in 48 hours of the initial call. I highly recommend this company & would definitely do business w/ them again!!! Outdoor faucet installed worked fine for first couple of days n is now leaking. Left co a message to call me to fix it.

The plumber called right away and was able to schedule us within a week. He actually came out ahead of his appointment time. He had the work done within a couple of hours. I would hire again
