We hired Mr. Orlando Salinas and CQR Kitchen and Bath for a master bathroom remodel that expanded to include a master closet renovation, plumbing upgrades throughout the house, and some additional work in our main hallway. The project took about four months to complete, and we're very happy with the results. The quality of his team's work is excellent. The tile installation is beautifully done—flat, precise, and exactly what we envisioned. Mr. Salinas also provided custom cabinetry for both our vanity and closet, and all fixtures were installed correctly. His team handled everything from adjusting water pressure to ensuring the finishing details were right. Any major project encounters road bumps, when issues came up he made sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction. What really set this experience apart was the personal attention he provided to my wife and I. Mr. Salinas spent one-on-one time with us selecting tile and bathroom fixtures, walking us through options and guiding our decisions. Communication was consistent throughout the project. We spoke nearly every day, and he was always easy to reach when questions came up. His crew and subcontractors were professional and respectful of our home. Our project did grow in scope (we discovered termite damage, opted to replace plumbing and our boiler, and added doors and hallway painting), and Mr. Salinas was transparent about costs as they arose. Given the expanded scope, the final investment felt reasonable. If there's one thing I'd mention for future customers: be prepared to stay engaged with project details. There were moments where we needed to track certain decisions ourselves, and the timeline wasn't always clearly defined; the project ran longer than we initially expected. These weren't dealbreakers, but being a bit more hands-on as a homeowner helped keep things moving. That said, the integrity and craftsmanship Mr. Salinas delivers are genuinely hard to find. We'd hire him again and would recommend CQR Kitchen and Bath to anyone looking for quality work and a contractor who truly cares about getting it right.

We contacted CQR to remodel a small bathroom and to update the plumbing. Start to finish we've had an excellent experience with CQR K&B and Orlando Salinas. We were given a fair price and the final installation was on budget. The cabinetry and vanity are custom crafted and the result is clean, crisp and lovely. His crew was efficient and extraordinary courteous and receptive to suggestions, needs and adjustments that my wife and I wanted. If a portion of the project wasn't exactly how we wanted it, Orlando and his crew responded with efficiency and care. We have additional remodeling projects and we will not hesitate to engage Orlando Salinas and his CQR crew in our future plans. Highly recommend.

CQR kitchen and bath did an awesome job in our first bathroom renovation. So we are now having them do our second bath. We are excited to get this one done and we are sure that we will get the same quality work that we got the first time. I highly recommend CQR kitchen a bath.
