Alex & his team were absolutely top notch! They worked on my house for approx. 6 weeks replacing termite/water wrought damaged wood beams, posts, fascia boards, etc. Then they built us an amazing deck/balcony that has a total of 5 layers and will last for, at least, the next 30- 40 years! Finally, they painted all of our house’s exterior, along with fixing all the stucco problems we had. Each of his team members showed up every day, on time & worked the entire day! I really couldn’t be more impressed w/a contractor! Believe me, I’ve hired bad (terrible) contractors in the past and was forced to fire them and lose lots of $ in the process! That’s why it feels so good to have such a great, easy & worry free experience! I would absolutely recommend Consolidated Construction for all your home construction needs!!!

Connection Construction repaired some dry rot on my patio cover and built some decorative stone bases for the three posts supporting my patio cover. They also replaced a damaged wooden ledge outside my kitchen window. The work crew was professional and on site by 8:00am each day. Work crew was highly skilled and knowledgeable about all aspects of my project. Owner Alex Peña was easy to work with clearly outlined the scope of my project to his crew to ensure a successful outcome. I was very pleased with results of my project which was completed on time at a fair price. Would highly recommend Connection Construction for any home improvement project.

They did a superb job reconstructing the balcony and garage. Alex the project manager communicated extremely well about the scope and details of the work and listened to my concerns. They arrived exactly on time and installed the proper flashing. The carpentry work and selection of materials (good quality wood) was excellent. The stucco work was perfect and I could not tell where the boundaries were between the removed sections of the stucco wall and the replaced sections. All members of the team were extremely polite and professional.

Alex and his crew of one did an excellent repair/replace job on some serious dry rot/termite damage on roof and siding resulting in a serious window leak. They were timely, professional and communicated quickly and effectively from the bid to the cleanup after the project was finished. I would certainly hire him again.
