Columbia NW Heating & AC installed my Carrier gas furnace, AC and smart thermostat in December. Dan was nicely accommodating in coming out to my house on very short notice to talk with me about my needs and gave some recommendations on a couple of different units. I asked a lot of questions before and after the installation and he graciously and thoroughly answered all of them. I also talked with Tal in the office and he was super nice by explaining the products and offering some discounts on the packaged installation. I had received over 10 estimates (I know that’s a lot, yikes) but I wanted to be thorough in my research since this was such a big investment. Columbia’s offer was very competitive and offered quality products with professional installers, which was all extremely important to me. Charles and Brian installed the equipment in 2 days and they were super polite, knowledgeable and made sure I understood how to operate everything before they left. Being a single female, I was treated with the utmost kindness and respect. Thank you for making me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend Columbia!

He was good. Handled the install of a new motor for the fan on my gas furnace. He was able to explain to me what work he had done. However, The office charged me over $500 for one hour of work since it was under warranty and the parts were paid for. She said that the cost to me for installation was over $500 but only took one hour to install. That seems like $550 per hour to me. More than a plumber. 😕

Columbia NW heating are the nicest people. They do very good work. We have been customers for years and trust them with our heat and air. We just had them put in a new hot water heater and while they were at it I had them rerun my dryer vent.
