    In addition to central A/C install, they did furnace replacement and water heater replacement. They are flexible, accommodating, and easy to communicate with.     I just had the crew from CNS out to my house to get me ready for the winter! The woman in the office who booked my appointment was so friendly and helpful, and she answered all my questions. The crew arrived on time, worked hard, and cleaned up the job site - nice and professional! I was really impressed with their service technician, Anthony. He was thorough with the boiler tune up, and he took the time to walk me through what was done to reassure me all was well. I believe the price was fair for the work. Iâ m dreading the cold weather, but I trust the CNS crew to come back in the future if I need more work done.

    CREATES MORE PROBLEMS TO MAKE MORE MONEY: CNS Heating & Cooling, Inc was called out in summer to address my AC system not cooling. While at the end of the day, the AC was working, it was not until October when I went to turn my heat on that I realized my heat was not working. I went back to the original invoice from CNS where it explicitly says wiring was removed from the boiler and heat would not be working, stating I would need a follow up call (and charge) for my "fixed" system to work. Upon trying to call and get the issue resolved, I was borderline reprimanded by the office manager for "not knowing what I was talking about", even after they themselves read the invoice back to me stating "I should have known this because it was on the receipt". For reference I am a general contractor, so while I don't pretend to know more than the HVAC tech, I do know more than the average Joe and understand how to read wiring diagrams that clearly show a jumper needed. The thermostat wiring was cut off at 3 of the 5 wires. There is currently no communication between my Thermostat and my boiler. So if you want your systems fixed without having to pay for their mistakes, don't call CNS.

    Daniel, you called us in July because you had no air conditioning in mid summer heat. We provided you with same day emergency AC service. Your HEAT and AC were operating at the same time and the only way our technician could get you immediate relief, was to disconnect the heating which was running mid summer. We did not install your boiler and had never visited your home before. We informed you that you had a wiring issue with your boiler that required further repair & you never followed up. We did not cause an additional issue as you stated, that issue was pre-existing to our visit.

    The team that came twice, they were easy to work with and experienced. They did â fixing a heat zone by bleeding the systemâ and then for a water pipe nursed emergency, all was no problem and they knew what to do immediately.

    Anthony was so great! He was on time, thorough, went straight to work, and ensured he was able to deliver the outcome I was looking for. He was so kind to show me my zone and explain how the boiler works. It's refreshing to have a conversation with someone who seemed to really enjoy what he does.
