They did Mold & Asbestos testing for me for a house I'm in the process of purchasing. They're fantastic. This is the first time I'm buying a home, which I find can be overwhelming. It's an older home so I was worried about the environmental concerns, especially since I'm planning on remodeling. They use state of the art equipment. They were on time, thorough & walked me through everything step by step & really gave me piece of mind. I know how the process is going to go at each step - what they'll do & where I'll be able to be in the house during the work, etc. They really did a fantastic job of putting my mind at ease.

Chris was incredibly responsive, thorough, and easy to schedule an appointment with. All it took was one quick call to schedule my inspection two days later for 9am. He gave me the cost estimate over the phone in advance and asked a number of questions to get an understanding of the condo and the building it's in. Chris showed up early to our appointment. He then walked us through all the areas of the condo, explained what he was doing, and gave us a very clear understanding of any items he found (as well as what any issues might do long-term and how we might fix them). He answered any questions we had and made sure we were very comfortable with our understanding of everything in the apartment. I received Chris's report one business day later and it was amazingly thorough, with very well-written explanations of the different areas he inspected and the items he found. Would DEFINITELY use Chris again for any future inspections, and I highly recommend him!

Chris was really thorough and he did a really good job. He was on top of everything and he answered all the questions. I didn't have any complaints. He took his time going through the place. He did everything that he was supposed to do. I have been there months now and I haven't had any issue. The price was comparable. He was great.

Excellent service and professional, I was looking for a honest and fair company that's was going to protect my family and I from environmental hazards. CM Burrows was definitely the right choice.

I cannot say enough great things about our C.M. Burrows. As first time home buyers we were looking for the best-of-the-best so there were no surprises in our first purchase. Our realtor did recommended a different guy to us, but we preferred to find someone independently who we knew would be thorough and completely impartial - we are so glad we made that decision. Chris exceeded our expectations in every way and even impressed our realtor.
