It was a pleasure working with Brett. He was extremely thorough in his inspection, and his knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and overall construction made the entire process both informative and reassuring. As a first-time home-buyer, I truly appreciated the time he took to educate me on what to look out for.I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a home inspection, and I would gladly work with him again!

I would definitely use Brett again. He was very thorough. Identified numerous safety-related issues that would not be too costly to repair, "trees too close to house" and termite problem that were not necessarily imminent safety issues but important to ward off future costly repairs to foundation etc, and recommended additional inspections (septic system, water quality) to be done by other experts, important for the purchase of a rural agricultural property.

The inspector was great! He arrived on short notice and was there before I arrived. He completed tasks that were on my to-do list (like bleeding air from the lines). He took the time to educate me about propane hot water heaters, how they work, and common issues. He was very professional. I would hire him again for inspections or services he offers.

Brett was INCREDIBLE. It was a pleasure working with him. We're in the process of buying a house, and he was able to do our home inspection the very next day after we called him, and at the best price compared to competitors. He answered ALL of our questions and went through the house with a fine-tooth comb and examined every area that could be an issue and that would have to be fixed. He also gave us his personal estimation of the house, whether he believed it was a good buy based on what he saw. He has so many years of experience, and it clearly shows in the quality of his work. Would recommend him to anybody in the Pennsylvania and Maryland area looking for a home inspector.

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
