Overcharged by WAY too much. The hydrostat charge was $862.90, and they installed a different brand than was on the invoice. The cost on Amazon for that unit is $188. Taco Zone Valve charged $745.56: valve on Amazon: $134.00 Same with other charges $3609.80 total. Less than 3 hours labor x 2 guys... who showed up late in the day when they scheduled for the morning.

The guys from Busy Bee made our experience seamless. Chris, the project manager, gave us a deal on the water heater that perfectly fit our space. They worked all day, and when a part was missing to finish the job, Chris drove to Hartford to grab the part and installed it himself. Friendly, professional, great, fair price and quality work. Would 100% recommend Busy Bee.

Installed and left without ensuring the system worked properly. They came back out to fix and it went down the next day. Poor service. Would not recommend it.

I would highly recommend Busy Bee Services. Nick Byrne who did my furnace repair was very pleasant and kept me informed on what he was doing. I would definitely use them again.
