Reviews
Write a ReviewDuring the heat dome days we found out our air conditioning needed recharging. They insisted on up front payment (first red flag) then quoted over $800 to refill the units (2). They did not look for nor try to fix the leak but instead gave me a proposal over $3,000 to come back and fix the unit(1). I used them because they were the ones who could come the quickest. Never again.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We?re sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service and appreciate the chance to clarify a few things. We provide upfront pricing so customers can make informed decisions before any work begins. However, payment is not required until the work is completed, and only for the options you choose to move forward with. In your case, we offered multiple options based on the condition of your system?only one of which involved a system upgrade, recommended due to the unit?s age. Our technician provided a full proposal so you could decide what made the most sense for your situation. As a small team, we understand how urgent cooling issues can be?especially during extreme heat?and we made adjustments to our schedule to get to you as quickly as possible. We?re sorry to hear we fell short of your expectations and are happy to discuss this further if you'd like to reach out directly. Thank you.
I needed a new furnace and they did a great job with reasonable price.Nate and Mark were very friendly and professional .
Conner was great. Very friendly and professional.
Overcharged by WAY too much. The hydrostat charge was $862.90, and they installed a different brand than was on the invoice. The cost on Amazon for that unit is $188. Taco Zone Valve charged $745.56: valve on Amazon: $134.00 Same with other charges $3609.80 total. Less than 3 hours labor x 2 guys... who showed up late in the day when they scheduled for the morning.
Technician didn't do the work for what he is called for.

Very business oriented, explaining what's to done, and completing the job.
I was very pleased they helped me out.
The installation guys Tyler Smith, James were great professional and left the place clean. Very pleased would hire again to do other work and recommend them to family and friends
The guys from Busy Bee made our experience seamless. Chris, the project manager, gave us a deal on the water heater that perfectly fit our space. They worked all day, and when a part was missing to finish the job, Chris drove to Hartford to grab the part and installed it himself. Friendly, professional, great, fair price and quality work. Would 100% recommend Busy Bee.
