What can I say! Bust A Bug did an amazing job with these Darn Bed bugs! I used two different companies and they could not take of the problem! Bust A Bug definitely Busted them! Thank you again! Highly highly recommend them! Pricing was a little higher but well worth it . They gave a me a peace a mind and my kids are longer getting bit!

Efren is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. I did hire him to handle my pest problem and he got rid of them! He took the time to explain what may be causing them to come into my yard/house and recommended other things I could do myself to make sure the pests don t return. He was friendly, professional and on time for each visit.

Efren is punctual, professional, honest, fair and kind; you can tell he takes pride in his work and gives you various options for the job, depending on your situation. We hired him for Honeybee extermination - unfortunately this was our only option, as much as we hated to do so, since we really wanted to save them. Efren was quick, efficient and nice about the whole situation as it wasn't a pleasant day for us as I'm sure he could tell :( He took time to explain the process whereas a larger company simply wouldn't care. He was patient with all of our questions and quoted a very fair price. He's extremely knowledgeable and has been in this profession for a while. We will definitely use him for future needs and highly recommend him to anyone needing assistance in the pest control arena!

We no longer live in Alabama and can not find a Pest Control person like Efren, in the new state we are in. He is very knowledgeable and very awesome. We miss him! If he was not available when we needed him, we would wait until he was. He is an honest and trustworthy guy.
