Cutting Edge Painting

The company did not show up for the scheduled job, claiming that they were behind due to rain. I had to reach out to them to find out they were not coming, despite having texted with them all week regarding colors. The owner, Logan, indicated he would call me back in two hours to reschedule and blew it off. Never answered texts or calls thereafter. I took days off work for the job and moved all furniture to allow space for painting. People are certainly entitled to make mistakes, but the response after the mistake critical. This company seems as thought it is trying to squeeze in as many jobs in as it can and has no regard for its customers.

Cutting Edge Painting did a great job on a rather large garage. Even with a one day rain delay, they still got the job done in 3 days.

Logan‘s crew was efficient and did a great job painting our entire interior walls and trim. They carefully removed pictures on the wall, fixed nail pops, painted, then re-hung pictures and blinds.

From start to finish, I absolutely loved working with Logan on this project. He was a complete professional and all communications were answered and addressed in a timely manner. We had a flexible schedule and were able to get on the books for the last two months just because I was in no rush, just before "it's too cold". The crew member who came out was incredibly kind and got things done and made sure that we knew what was going on and how long everything would take to dry. I would 100% recommend Cutting Edge Painting and Logan and his crew to anyone who needed work done.

Logan and his team were fantastic and extremely professional. They worked hard and got the job done. My cabinets look amazing, and I couldn’t be happier! I especially appreciate that they were willing to work with the company that was making my new cabinet doors so the paint and finish matched perfectly. I will definitely be calling Logan again for future projects.

Logan and his team came to the rescue! We needed a fast turnaround for an FHA home inspection repair on a property we were selling. They came out the same day, provided a fair quote, and returned the next day to complete the job. Professional, prompt, and reliable—highly recommend!

Logan was very professional but also very approachable and friendly. Lots of energy! I was nervous because it was exterior fascia board work and we ran up against heavy downpours all week, but he planned well and did everything he quoted me. Again, professional, presented me a detailed invoice and promised to check back in a year later. So impressed I had him come inside to quote indoor paint job. Highly recommended, fair price, and I like that he has his family helping out as well!

WOULD GET ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE! Failed to show up on numerous occasions as scheduled, ignored text messages and voicemails. Absolutely zero communication or follow through after getting a contract signed. The painting project was being coordinated with multiple other home improvement project and Logan's failure to do his job threw the entire project schedule off. I would not recommend anyone use this company!
