The technician, Tyler, is very professional, friendly and thorough. He lets me know he is on property, he does a visual inspection and takes care of any problems that are present. For example, this time he found ant hills on the property so he made sure he got to each on and exterminated them. He sent me a follow up text with pictures so I could see what to look for. Bulwark has excellent customer service and the technicians are top notch. Thanks Tyler!
