While the crew did a great job with the removal itself, there was a miscommunication regarding the follow-up inspection and certification. I was scheduled to meet the third-party inspector to review the work, but when I arrived on time for the appointment, everyone had already left the site.

ALEX DID THE INSPECTION WHILE WE WORKED WITH THE DEP, THEN THE 2 TECHS THAT CAME ON TUES DID A FULL CONTAINMENT AND THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. VEEY PROMPT, IN FACT EARLY. WE'RE VERY HAPPY.

Budget Abatement did an excellent job of removing a large quantity of junk from my basement and then removing asbestos heat pipe insulation and cleaning the entire basement. I would highly recommend them. I got an estimate in one day, the work was promptly scheduled, and they showed up on time and coordinated the work of the independent inspection services as well. They got trucks and vans in and out of my tight driveway space and were careful of my landscape too. They were the low bidder, they did all the work in 1 day, and they were very professional. They accidently damaged a water valve, and paid me the cost of plumbing services to replace it. I wish every contractor was like these guys :)

I was scared when I was told by my plumber that I may have asbestos. Neal helped tremendously with testing and then we realized it was not asbestos !
