It was a prompt reply, and techs were on time. However, I felt I was overcharged for the service provided. I understand the tech service is not cheap, however, a thorough inspection, evaluation, and recommendation check list was the minimum I expected but was not provided. Did not feel I got my money s worth. $450 for a subpar inspection, a few pounds Freon 410A (I had no leaks in my lines by the way) including labor. All in one hour. Lesson learned. I would go else where.

Because I talk to the technician who worked on your A/C and he told me that he told you what was wrong with your A/C and gave you a price before he repaired it and also he said he gave the other unit a chemical wash without charging you.

I called them for an estimate and was told if I did not hire them the estimate would cost $100.00, but if they did the work it would be included with the cost of repair. They came to my home on time and just fixed the problem without telling me what the issue was. They charged me $500.00 to change a filter and add 3 pounds of Freon. When I asked why so much I was told they had to pay Home Advisor $100.00 to get my phone number. Well at first the A/C worked well, they next morning though it was not working again. I called them, and they said they would be out in a couple of days, my son got on the phone with Mike and told him that just paid him $500, and they needed to get to my house sooner than that. They came the next morning, He never told me what the issue was that caused the A/C to break down again for the second time. I will never hire them again. Live and learn.
