I want to share my experience so others know what to expect. The sales process was misleading?they told me my deductible would be $500, but it ended up being $2,000. That felt like a bait-and-switch and set the tone for everything that followed. When the roofing work started, the lack of professionalism was obvious. There was little to no preparation?no tarps were laid down, and debris was scattered all over my yard. I recently had landscaping done, and it was frustrating to see roofing materials, nails, and trash left behind. Even after the job was ?completed,? cleanup was incomplete. I?m still finding roofing debris in my backyard, on my grill, and even on my smoker. They also damaged my outdoor lamps and didn?t bother to fix or properly replace them. To make matters worse, they left behind leftover materials, including a large box of nails and roofing liner. As someone who grew up around roofing (my father is a roofer), I can say this level of carelessness is not normal?it?s sloppy

The Company does not honor it is warranty liability. if something goes wrong afterward, Good luck! if you write a report to BBB they do not care !!!!! but I still submit to BBB lettings the world knows helping them to avoid the problem later. I had roof replacement with Pro roofing Associate on 5/4/2018. They failed inspection twice with some nails issue that had to correct from the beginning. Since the roof had done, one time we saw a very small drop in the closet but thought the rain was so hard the wind might blow the water through the vent on the roof because we just had a new roof and we trusted in their work, no way it can be a leak. The leak was in the closet very small, no one pay attention and in the small closet with all the clothes hanging in there, no one see it. Recently, my daughter saw the wet and we look up the ceiling was damaged, that must be a long time wet to get that damage. I contacted Pro Roofing and they promptly returned to fix the leak in the roof where the nail sticking out, but not the damage to the ceiling over the closet. It is a little past 3 years but the nail stick out must be from the beginning. they have a problem with nails, that is why they fail the inspection twice with nails issue. When I called the office, she said you need to speak with Elmer, we hire him to do the work we do not know. I said I do not know who is Elmer, I just know I sign the contract and paid to Pro roofing company, I do not know who is the subcontractor you hired, your company is responsible for the work. Every day I called, she said the other employee is not in the office, will call me back, or Elmer will call you back, no one ever did, and been given a daily run-around. I read the company reviews, there are so many leaks and no luck with the warranty. Stay far away from this company.

Physical investigation perform before proposal given. Price very close to proposal. Required deck replacement haunts us all, but crew kept to a in minimum Every project is different, but mine was done quick and right. Overall good job.
