They are very good.

At first he was very friendly and willing to handle issues. Now he won't take calls from my phone but will from other numbers. Refuses to come out and look at any of the work and no warranty on his paperwork.

Carlos did a very good job on all the projects I had for him to do. He gave me a good quote for the jobs and completed them when he said he would. I would recommend him to my friends.

He called within the hour after submitting my info. Came by the same day and gave me a quote. Showed up the next day to do the work. The only thing I didn't like is the old door wasn't taken away (but that was not discussed, my fault). The discount he gave me he took it back because he replaced the second hose without asking me.

Very professional and they show up when they say they will show up.

Carlos did a fantastic job.

He showed up several hours late for the appointment (he did call and reschedule at the last minute). He did not finish the job on the first day. He came back the next day, 30 minutes late, and proceeded to drill large holes in my walls including my home exterior attempting to do electrical work which he never completed. After he left, I had to do extensive exterior and interior plaster repairs of the holes he drilled. He was here a total of seven hours and did nothing but leave holes in the walls of my historic home. He left me in tears. He did not charge me for the work but left my home damaged. He is a nice man but he promised something he could not do. Rather than telling me I needed someone with more knowledge, he tried to learn what to do, using my home and my time.

He went ahead and power washed my patio and other cleaning work I needed done.

He was quite good and fast and the price was right. Excellent.
