They were by no means the lowest bidder but they gave the most comprehensive overview of my project as I had a worn out storm damaged chimney with antenna mount which contributed to leaks from my storm damaged flashing. They replaced everything within 2 wks of the estimate in a single day installing a beautiful chimney with stainless steel cap and copper flashing, even reinstalling and elevating my antenna mast.The following day, a huge rainstorm with well above average precipitation put it all to the test.When I discovered a small residual leak in the attic they responded on the next clear day with enhanced flashing at no charge and would have come back on any day I wished. I'm Happy.

I was originally going to have them repair my roof and install a chimney liner. They said that they would basically have to destroy a corner of my basement to install a pipe that would always be seen in my finished basement and it would cost me $4,500. That was the cheapest option other than what he was pushing me into, demolishing my entire chimney for $18,000. I had somebody else come out and they charged an extra $500 over all Brothers quote and just put an access hole in the foundation. when I told all brothers that this is what the other guys can do they said that they could do that for $300 more. At that point I could not trust them because why were they trying to upsell me on a minimum $4,500 job. I cannot trust these guys based off of that experience.
