We had an amazing experience working with Sal at One Level Development on our new front and back decks. From start to finish, his communication was excellent and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He really listened to what we wanted, allowed us to make all of our own design choices, and also offered great ideas and suggestions that made the finished project even better than we imagined. The quality of the work is outstanding, and it’s clear Sal truly cares about his craftsmanship and his customers. He also went above and beyond by connecting us with a landscaping company to help finish off the yard and grass around the decks, which made everything come together perfectly. Sal and his crew were reliable, creative, and easy to work with, we could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Sal and One Level Development to anyone looking for a contractor who genuinely cares about doing exceptional work.

What a breath of fresh air Sal and his crew were. Communication was spot on and aside from some weather issues, everything went according to plan. The deck was a great improvement in design and materials to the old one. When it came down to the railing, I was fresh out of ideas. Sal chose posts that he thought went best with what I had chosen and I have to say, after seeing some possibilities, that he chose the best one. I am very happy with the whole experience

One Level Development, Sal was very helpful in discussing different options with costs to explore ways to complete our project. Knowledgeable / skilled. Timely execution of steps to complete the project was appreciated. Staff was professional, polite, skilled, and efficient. The price seemed too high, but the price was agreed. The finished project is excellent.

We had a lot of work done. New deck on back and front. Stamped cement patio and updates side walk. He is very personable, dependable and easy to work with. The people he works with are also very dependable and hard workers. We plan on hiring him for our other upcoming projects

Very honest, I explained to Sal the type of deck I was hoping to have built. He, thank God made a much smarter, more cost effective, suggestion and blew my mind. Could not be happier! The deck has been a game changer for my hubby and I to enjoy our pool and new yard space. I would highly recommend Sal and his team and am very grateful he had a very different vision that we went along with. I feel we got a good bang for our buck and are truly satisfied with the quality.

Follow up review. I reviewed in Dec '24 as I had just sent final payment and work was to be completed within 2 weeks, weather permitting. Everything was pretty solid up to that point. Weather was rough, but not much communication, lead guy giving me another guy to touch base with, and he acted like he was doing me a favor when it was all agreed upon prior. Still never came back for 2 items that they identified and claimed would be back to finish. No big deal, I don't expect much of people, but others should beware if that sort of thing bothers them.... Especially after spending. Over $40k with the recent projects with them. But I did enjoy the video from social media claiming how the important thing is that they get the job done, kept reiterated that whopper ?

Wonderful results and great price. I would highly recommend Sal.
