Outdoor electrical outlet kept tripping the GFCI frequently but with no apparent pattern. Couldn't tell if it was the items plugged into the GFCI, the GFCI itself, another GFCI on the same line, or something else. The technician was very methodical in his approach and was able to identify the problem as a bad underground line between two of the GFCIs. Not an easy one to solve. The wires were inside metal conduit but somehow water had gotten inside the conduit. Once the cause was determined, he knew exactly what needed to be done. The technician was professional, easy to talk to and did an excellent job. Pricing was very reasonable. I am very pleased with the work and would call them again for future electrical needs.

The electrician was very professional, respectful of our home and explained the work to be done. He arrived on time for each of the two visits. He made a special effort to preserve the appearance of the finished part of our basement where the work was being done. We were very pleased with the whole experience.
