Bradley Construction was great to work with. The workers that were sent to the job were always polite knowledgeable and did a great job. My project manager Rick was always on top of the job. He always made sure that each step of the remodel was handled great scheduling and having workers scheduled. I highly recommend Bradley Construction for your remodeling.

Led by project manager Denny Martin, Bradley Construction built a third bay onto my detached garage - a place to keep a tractor and implements out of the weather. Despite some weather setbacks, Denny kept me informed throughout the process, and the quality of the work is topnotch.

Bradley construction was amazing! They did a great remodel on our 1965 bathrooms. They were professional, friendly and kept us informed during the entire process. Kim Bradley is the contractor that worked with us and communicated with us really well. Brian did the construction and was very attentive to detail——-it had to be perfect before he was satisfied even though it looked great to me! It was great to work with such an honest and meticulous group of people. Highly recommend!

We hired Bradley Construction LLC to complete our basement renovation. The renovation entailed adding a laundry room, full bathroom, framing the basement, and everything that goes along with that. We worked through the design with Terry Bradley, Kim Bradley, and a couple of their subcontractors to get everything just right. This design and quoting process was smooth and ensured everyone was aligned. Once the project kicked off we worked with Kim Bradley as Project Manager. Kim is extremely thorough, dedicated, and was our biggest ally through the project. Kim ensured that all the subcontractors showed up as needed to keep the project on schedule and that everyone completed their work per the plan and at a high level. During the project a couple mistakes were made and without fail Kim picked up the phone and immediately made things right. Kim, Terry, Brian, Glen, and all the folks at Bradley have been a pleasure to work with. It's refreshing to find a true trustworthy professional.

We are experienced old people having had many homes in many states. Kim is the best. Excellent continual communication. He checks in on the job site frequently. David Moralas and his crew did an amazing job with their joinery and angled cuts. On time and long hours exemplified their dependability. Nate Wolfe was a pleasure to have in my home. He adjusted his schedule quickly, as we requested changes to the completed project. Nate went above and beyond what was expected of him. We are recommending Bradley Construction throughout our neighborhood!

Three words, Honesty, Integrity, and Compassion. This is the core of this company. From the very first call to get a quote, I knew we would be using this company. Their professionalism, when we met Terry the owner, and Denny the project manager, was obvious from the start. This was a renovation to our home to be able to care for our Special Needs son. Their care and concern, and inclusion (allowing my son to be a part) of his renovation including him in decisions and just talking to my son when here working was an extra plus. Denny the project manager made sure that my son felt comfortable having the crew working here. I cannot say enough about this company, other than to say, if you want a company, you can trust, and a company that genuinely cares about you as an individual, this is the company to hire. Took longer than anticipated but the work was good quality and they ensured I got what I wanted

After trees fell on my house, I hired Bradley Construction to replace shingles on my roof, replace/repair gutters, and downspouts, and replace window screens. The project manager stayed on top of all the projects to make sure they were done properly and completed on schedule.
