I hired Boston Sunshine Floors to install new floor in a 1 bedroom apartment. The process was very easy from start to finish. They removed old carpeting, leveled the old floor, and then installed new luxury vinyl. They showed up as scheduled and finished the job in one day. Floor looks amazing! I highly recommend Boston Sunshine!!!

Vlad and his team were fantastic. After Vlad came to measure, he provided me with a quote and some samples. They needed to rip out old flooring and install new subfloor plus hardwood. Fast, reliable, honest, high quality, and reasonably priced. Highly, highly recommended.

Vladimir and his team installed carpet, leveled cement floor, waterproofed and layer down LVT flooring . It was a basement apt and many issues cropped up during the project none though that they couldnâ t handle . It was truly a joy to work with Vladimir his confidence,cheerful attitude made this difficult job much less stressful than it could of been. Always available for questions came back to the house repeatedly to discuss, brainstorm and fix issues ( due to conditions) . As a property manager Iâ ve rarely seen this kind of attention paid and would recommend him highly. His pricing is fair and I feel like I got a bargain in that he didnâ t charge a penny over even with all the extra time he had to put in.

Honestly - such a great experience. Vlad responded to my request within 30 minutes and was able to come over to give an estimate the next business day. He also was able to complete schedule the installation within one week . I shopped around and received several other quotes. The two other quotes were double the price and double the wait time. We were EXTREMELY pleased with the final result. They actually went above and beyond and did a few things that were not included within the original estimate (which they didnâ t charge us for). 10/10 recommend!
